CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

Cancellations and Refunds are subject to the policy set by the company. The cancellation policy includes Ground Bookings, Workshop bookings, Pay & Play and Subscription’s  specified in the App & Website.

Cancellations should be initiated by the users themselves on your Ground Booking app used to book the ground, facility or Pay and Play. The refund amount due will be initiated and informed to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the user’s bank account, to the same source through which the payments was made, within 10 working days, post initiating the cancellations. 

Refund and Cancellation Rules
  1. No refund or cancellations is done for coaching registrations
  2. No refund or cancellation is done if the student is not attending the sessions / classes after registration is done.
  3. For Ground or Sports Facility Booking refund or cancellation should be initiated before 24 hours of the allotted or requested timeslot.
  4. No Refund or Cancellation will be done if the same is initiated before or at the time of allotted or requested timeslot
  5. No Refund or Cancellation will be done if the booking party did not turnup to play at the allotted timeslot
  6. No Refund or Cancellation will be done if the booking party uses the ground for lesser time frame for the allotted or requested timeslot.
